A blend of high-grade specialty coffee to be fruity, balanced, and smooth as espresso and long black.
Usually, you will find these beans in your blend:
-an Ethiopian Yirgacheffe washed coffee providing citrus-like, high clean acidity and notes of stone fruit and/or tropicals
-a natural process Ethiopian giving some fruit-like sweetness, and lifting body and texture of the espresso
-a Central American to provide balance, and enhance sweetness in the cup.
This blend changes seasonally according to the availability of fresh green beans, but is driven by a juicy, bright and sweet cup profile. This blend also works really well for cold drip and filter methods!
