If a product or service we provide to you is faulty, has been wrongly described by us, or is different to what you purchased, you may request a refund, exchange or credit.
For our products, we define "faulty" to mean defective quality of products or packaging causing damage to the product, making it unusable for it's intended purpose.
We do not normally give refunds if you change your mind or make a wrong decision when purchasing a product or service from us.
